Instruction of Standard 20 feet container installation

1. Put the base to a flat level (or at least 6 strong points as support foundation), make sure the planeness of the base within 5 mm（Picture below）.

2. Connect the four pillars and the base vertically with M12x25 bolts (including spring insert )
        As the picture below:

3. Put the roof onto the pillars, fix the position (to make sure the difference of two diagonals in any plate less than 5 mm). Then connect to the pillars with M12x25 bolts (including spring insert). (Remarks: it’s normal for the camber of the roof within 10mm) Follow the picture below:

4．Install the color-bond steel panels following the number of each panel, the preliminary finish of the installation is like the pictures below：

5. On the outside of the color-bond steel, connect the waterproof rivets and angle profiles with the angle iron to fix the panels. Inside we use angle aluminum and common rivets to fix. After that use sealed glue to the joint parts of the wall panels and the frame to achieve waterproof effect. At last, install the eave to the proper position above the door, then finish the whole installation! Follow the pictures below:
