INTRODUCTION - Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Panel

Mege’s Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP, also known as reinforced plastic sheet) is composed by thermosetting plastic and reinforced glass fiber. We have many years of experience in the producing glass fiber reinforced plastic. The strength of the FRP is several times of the common plastic sheet, and also greater than steel and aluminum in tenacity. FRP is a kind of very important wall surface material, which can be the best solution to the problems brought by those traditional materials, such as hard to clean, easily deformed, hard to install, bad durability and wearability, poor resistance to dash and so on. And FRP has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, aging resistance, corrosion proof, high-intensity, light, hard to deform, bright and smooth outward appearance. FRP has already widely used in the field of transportation industry and architecture, gradually taken the place of stainless steel, aluminum plates, metal sandwich panel, tile and paint all around the world.

   1. FRP sheet is a kind of thermosetting polymer material ,which has a good performance of wearability (between -70℃～80℃)
   2. Impact resistance: As there’s interlaced glass fiber reinforced material contained in our product, the resistance to impact will be enhanced a lot. It can not be broke under the attack of gravels or hailstones.
   3. Corrosion resistance: Our product can resist the corrosion of different kinds of acid, alkali and other chemicals, especially suitable to be used in coastal areas and the places where are corrosive.
